According to Adam Shefter the Seahawks have traded QB Seneca Wallace to the Browns. Reuniting Wallace with his former coach, Mike Holmgren.

Looks like the Seahawks may be looking for a QB in the draft to sit behind Hasselbeck for a short period of time.

Or looking for someone for Hasselbeck to sit behind a la Sam Bradford or Jimmy Clausen. Although I'm not really a fan of that plan of action. I've always thought it best to get a healthy and effective o-line before getting a QB of the future. And I'm hoping we figure out some way to grab hometown boy Jake Locker next year. biggrin.gif

The decisions by Locker and Ryan Mallet not to enter into this draft certainly affected what teams at the top of the draft are doing about a quarterback of the future this year.

It's looking like the odds for my Lions to trade down are increasing with these moves. Cleveland and possibly the Seahawks will need to leapfrog Washington IF St. Louis drafts a qb. I would LOVE for the Seahawks to give up both their 1st round picks, but I have serious doubts about this scenario. Cleveland seems to be the front runner for trading up, and has added more picks this year to do just that. I don't see the Buc's being a trade partner for moving down yet with their interest in Suh. The Rams are the key to anyone feeling they have to trade up to get a qb, and I feel they will take a qb 1st overall to start rebuilding slowly and buy some much needed time. wink.gif
